Eesti cafe in Sydney are having another event on the 27 April, at Sydney Estonian House.

It is a Swedish style night with Swedish foods and a Jazz band!

Served alternately:

• Roulade of crab & egg
• Roulade of Salmon & lettuce
• Both served with pressed cucumber salad (presskurga)

Served buffet style:

• Fisk kotlet with horseradish sauce (fish patties)
• Svenske kottbuler with lyngonslyt (Swedish meatballs and lingonberry )
• Janssons temptation potato bake (with anchovies)
• Cream of red cabbage & Spanish onion
• Creamed spinach (stuvad spenat)

Dessert

• Skanian apenkaka with vanilla custard (Swedish apple cake)
• Coffee & ginger snaps
