The Estonian House Co-operative Society is the owner of the property at 141-143 Campbell St. This “Estonian House” is one of the earliest properties owned by an Estonian community outside Estonia. The Co-operative was registered on 8 April 1938 and the newly built Estonian House was formally opened on 17 August 1940 with a formal ball.
