Eesti cafe in Sydney are having another event on the 27 April, at Sydney Estonian House.
It is a Swedish style night with Swedish foods and a Jazz band!
Served alternately:
- Roulade of crab & egg
- Roulade of Salmon & lettuce
- Both served with pressed cucumber salad (presskurga)
Served buffet style:
- Fisk kotlet with horseradish sauce (fish patties)
- Svenske kottbuler with lyngonslyt (Swedish meatballs and lingonberry )
- Janssons temptation potato bake (with anchovies)
- Cream of red cabbage & Spanish onion
- Creamed spinach (stuvad spenat)
Dessert
- Skanian apenkaka with vanilla custard (Swedish apple cake)
- Coffee & ginger snaps
