Folkroos is the women’s folk dance troupe of the Brisbane Estonian Society established in 2018.
Performances at community events such as
- Mother’s Day concert & picnic (4 May 2025, Minnippi Parkland)
- Brisbane’s traditional Christmas celebrations (e.g., 8 Dec 2024 at Church Avenue, Woolloongabba)
This year, Folkroos will be representing Brisbane at the 2025 Estonia Song & Dance Festival in Tallinn under the women’s diaspora troupes.
