INVITATION TO THE GENERAL MEETING OF THE ESTONIAN SOCIETY OF SYDNEY INC.
The annual general meeting (AGM) of the Estonian Society of Sydney (ESS) will take place on Sunday March 29th at 2pm, at the Estonian House, 141 Campbell St, Surry Hills.
Agenda of the AGM:
1. Opening and quorum check
2. minutes of the last AGM
3. summary of activities in 2014
4. Auditing committee’s report
5. approval of the Annual report
6. election of new members of the executive committee
7. election of auditing committee
8. membership fees for 2016
9. other issues
10. closing of the AGM
An hour before and an hour after the AGM, the Cafe-Bar is open. All proceeds go toward ESS community work.
On the upcoming AGM, the 2 year period runs out for four members of the executive committee: Madis Alvre, Tiina Alvre, Raul Seepter and Liisa Morel. New candidates are always welcome. To nominate someone, please fill in the Nomination Form and return by 6pm on March 21st, to tiina.alvre@eestiselts.org.
If you are unable to attend the AGM, please nominate a proxy to vote for you. To do this, just fill in the Proxy Form and return to us according to the instructions in the form.

Sydney Eesti Seltsi korraline peakoosolek toimub pühapäeval 29. märtsil 2014 kell 14.00-16.00 Sydney Eesti Majas Campbell St 141, Surry Hills.
Koosoleku päevakord:
1. avamine ja kvoorumi kontroll
2. eelmise peakoosoleku protokolli kinnitamine
3. ülevaade lõppenud aasta tegevusest
4. revisjonikomisjoni aruanne
5. aastaaruande kinnitamine
6. uute liikmete valimine juhatusse
7. revisjonikomisjoni valimine
8. liikmemaksu määramine 2016.a
9. muud küsimused
10. koosoleku lõpetamine
Tund enne koosoleku algust ja tund peale koosoleku lõppu töötab kohvik-baar. Kõik tulud lähevad ainult SES ühistegevuse heaks.
Tuleval koosolekul saab otsa nelja juhatuse liikme teenistusaeg: Madis Alvre, Tiina Alvre, Raul Seepter ja Liisa Morel. Uued kandidaadid on teretulnud. Selleks täitke palun kandidaadi-vorm ja tagastage meile emailiga hiljemalt 21.märtsiks kell 18.00 aadressil tiina.alvre@eestiselts.org
